With over a decade of experience in the field, he has held various roles including Direct Support Professional, Case Manager, Auditor, Administrative Investigator, Residential Program Manager, and Residential Program Coordinator.


Beyond his professional endeavors, Menard is also a multi-sport athlete, having excelled in soccer and basketball during both high school and college. His athletic achievements reflect his determination and drive, competing alongside top players in the state of New York. Additionally, Menard's passion for education led him to serve as a substitute teacher for the New York City Public School system for over two years.
